Classic, hearty meatloaf with low carb bread crumbs and low carb ketchup!
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a bowl combine ground beef, Low Carb Seasoned Bread Crumbs, ½ cup Low Carb Ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste
  3. Mix well
  4. Spread mixture into a standard loaf pan
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes
  6. During the last 10 minutes of cooking time, spread 2 Tbsp Low Carb Ketchup over the meatloaf and return to the oven
