Low Carb Southwestern Black Soybean Burgers

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Add 2 cans of black soybeans (drained & rinsed) to a mixing bowl
  • Mash beans until they are broken up a bit
  • Add onion, garlic, bread crumbs and taco seasoning
  • Mix together until well-blended
  • Using hands, form patties to desired size
  • In a frying pan, cook on medium for 12 min (6 min on each side)
  • Add your favorite favorite toppings
  • Serve on LC Foods Soft Baked Hamburger Rolls (optional)
