Low Carb Summer Picnic Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups prepared Low Carb Buttery Noodles (2/3 cup cooked)
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese (use your favorite cheese)
  • 1/3 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • OPTIONAL: 2 tsp McCormick’s Salad Supreme seasoning

Method

  • Cook noodles according to package directions
  • Meanwhile, prepare other ingredients
  • Allow pasta to cool
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well coated
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Enjoy!
