It\u2019s\nunavoidable, but you can minimize the damage by setting a budget and sticking\nto it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of the stress that we experience during the holidays is\ndue to financial pressure and the Mayo Clinic suggests that setting a budget\ncan be beneficial to your stress levels.
