Add in the bay leaf, salt, and pepper and mix to incorporate. Cover with lid and let simmer for 10 minutes.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Take away from heat and let sauce cool down. Chop up the basil leaves and mix into the sauce. Bottle the sauce or go straight to putting it on a pizza.
