Stir to combine.<\/li><li>Place about \u00bc cup of the chicken mixture into each low carb tortilla and roll it up, then place them into the greased baking dish, seam side down.<\/li><li>Make the sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the chicken broth, add the sour cream and green chiles and stir until smooth. Then add the <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Thick \u2018n Saucy (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcarbfoods.com\/low-carb-sweeteners-baking-essentials\/low-carb-thick-n-saucy\" target=\"_blank\">Thick \u2018n Saucy<\/a> <\/strong>and whisk to thicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/li><li>Pour the sauce over the enchilada dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese.
