Add the olive oil and once it\u2019s hot, saute the onion for about 2 minutes until it\u2019s softened. Stir in the garlic and saute for about another 30 seconds. Then press cancel to turn the instant pot off.<\/li><li>Add the crushed tomatoes to the instant pot, along with the water, oregano, basil, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcarbfoods.com\/low-carb-sweeteners-baking-essentials\/low-carb-white-sugar-sweetener-with-inulin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LC White Sugar Sweetener Inulin<\/a><\/strong>, salt and pepper. Stir everything together, scraping the bottom for any bits that are stuck.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Meatballs:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef (or ground turkey), water, egg, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Using your hands, mix the meatball mixture until just combined. If you overmix the meatballs, they can become a little tough.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Shape the mixture into balls, about 1-1\/2 inches and add them to the sauce in your instant pot.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul type=\"1\"><li>After all the meatballs are in the sauce, put the lid on the instant pot and seal the lid. Make sure the vent is in the sealing position.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Set the instant pot to manual high for 9 minutes. The timer will start counting down after it has reached pressure.<\/li><li>While the meatballs and sauce are cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. After the water is boiling, add the desired amount of <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcarbfoods.com\/low-carb-pasta-pizza\/low-carb-thin-spaghetti-pasta\" target=\"_blank\">LC Thin Spaghetti Pasta<\/a><\/strong> and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain the pasta in a colander.<\/li><li>When the cook time ends, let the instant pot release naturally for 5 minutes. After the 5 minute natural release, carefully turn the steam release valve to the venting position.<\/li><li>When all of the steam has escaped, open the instant pot lid. Using an instant read meat thermometer, check to be sure the meatballs are at least 165 degrees in the center.<\/li><li>Stir the sauce and the meatballs gently so the meatballs don\u2019t break.<\/li><li>Serve over prepared <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcarbfoods.com\/low-carb-pasta-pizza\/low-carb-thin-spaghetti-pasta\" target=\"_blank\">Low Carb Thin Spaghetti Pasta<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Enjoy!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: The buttons and functions on electric pressure cookers may vary.
