Made this for a bowl of cold cereal and it tasted great with milk! Not sweet like a grocery stores cereals, however, everything one would otherwise expect. I suspect one can always add more vanilla extract or some stevia/brown sugar to sweeten it to taste, however, I like it just as the recipe spells it out.

Haven't actually made this into hot cereal yet but I love it mixed in Low Carb Homemade Greek Yogurt :) It very filling and I haven't had any weight gains from eating it.
