I'm on my third attempt at toying with the recipe for these and have finally found something that does the trick for me. First off, I only use one egg instead of two (I actually used one Extra Large egg, but I think a Large egg would net the same results), then I melted 4 oz of good baking chocolate, mixing it in with the wet ingredients. I baked it 20 minutes and pulled it out while the center was not cooked through. No dry toothpick equals no dry brownies. I also added some liquid Splenda, but I think it adds too much of an aftertaste, so maybe I'll back off on that next time. They still are crumbly and will fall apart if you dig in right away. The best thing to do is refrigerate them and either eat them cold (which makes them like fudge), or microwave them until warm on a plate. I also like to make my brownies with cinnamon and rum extract, giving it sort of an old-world flavor reminiscent of rum balls, but that's just me.

LOVE-LOVE! I like my brownies chewy so based on some of the other reviews I went ahead and added oil and a little Erythritol. They came out pretty gooey but not in a bad way. Yes, there's somewhat of an aftertaste but nothing like when you bake with Splenda. The Splenda after taste is gross to me. These were really good. They were even better after they'd been refrigerated.

These brownies were very good, especially considering the carbohydrate count. I baked them in an 8"x 8" pan for only 20 minutes. They came out a little dry, which could be because they baked for a bit too long, but I also noted the instructions did not ask to put any liquids into the mix - just eggs, sour cream, butter, and vanilla. I think I will try adding oil or water in my next batch to get that really gooey texture, which makes brownies so wonderful. They were not really sweet, but that was fine for me since we have been doing low carb for a few weeks and my palette has changed; however, that was not OK for my husband, but he has a ridiculous sweet tooth. So, if you have a really bad sweet tooth, you may want to add a little bit of Stevia/Truvia to the mix. Also, as other reviewers stated, it would have been very difficult to get 24 brownies because they would have been very small.

These brownies were so good. The chocolate chips were super yummy. I cooked them in muffin tins and put the extras in the freezer. They freeze great and warm up in the microwave.

Very good brownies although I can't see getting 25 out of the package... I settled for 12 and just lived with the increased carbs. The nice thing is that the mix includes the chocolate. The competitive mix from Dixie Diner requires you to buy the chocolate (Dixie Diner somehow makes 29 brownies - I still haven't figured out how you cut 29)

Wonderful rich chocolate flavor, but even though I baked them exactly as instructed, and heavily sprayed a non-stick muffin pan with Pam (muffin pan was suggested), they would not come out of the pan! I think that if I ever make these again, I would add water. I know that when you bake with coconut flour rather than a different nut flour, you must add more liquid and use less flour. They came out very dry and crumbly. I had to cut the tops out and scoop out the rest with a spoon!

When you first bite into these, they are so good. Tons of chocolate chip goodness that melts in your mouth. They lost one star because they do have a bit of a stevia aftertaste. Just a smidge of that bitterness. Overall, pretty good though. I bet they would be even better with frosting. I'm trying that next.
