Low Carb Waffle Cones

Try these low carb waffle cones with our LC-Ice Cream Mixes, for a sweet low carb treat!

Instructions

  1. Add eggs and LC-White Sugar Sweetener to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in butter, heavy cream and vanilla.
  3. Whisk in LC-Belgian Waffle Mix until smooth.
  4. Lightly coat a small skillet and place over medium heat (or use a waffle cone iron and use to the manufacturer’s instructions).
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and cook each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from pan and form into a cone or desired shape.
  7. Cool on a wire rack until hardened.
  8. Repeat process with remaining batter.
