Low Carb Brown Gravy

Delicious and easy low carb gravy for your meats!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Small Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 2 Tbsp LC-Thick’n Saucy
  • 1 c Beef or Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat
  2. Add onion and cook until lightly browned, about 6 minutes
  3. Whisk in LC-Thick’n Saucy and cook for 1 minute
  4. Whisk in stock and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes
  5. Whisk in heavy cream, salt and pepper
  6. Serve hot over meat or veggies!
