Low Carb Brown Gravy
Delicious and easy low carb gravy for your meats!

- 1 Small Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 c Butter
- 2 Tbsp LC-Thick’n Saucy
- 1 c Beef or Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat
- Add onion and cook until lightly browned, about 6 minutes
- Whisk in LC-Thick’n Saucy and cook for 1 minute
- Whisk in stock and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes
- Whisk in heavy cream, salt and pepper
- Serve hot over meat or veggies!
