***The American diet is not accustomed to including soy beans. In Asia, soy beans are a staple product, high in protein and very nutritional. In 1999, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized a health claim for soy protein as a nutrient that could reduce the risk of heart disease. The soy beans used in our low carb Spaghetti, Fettucine and Buttery Pasta Noodles, are organic non-GMO yellow soy beans. Organic non-GMO yellow soybeans are low in saturated fat and high in protein, vitamin C, and folate. They are also a good source of fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and thiamin. Soy is a complete protein, which means that it contains all nine essential amino acids. It is an important protein source for many people around the world, especially vegans and vegetarians. Yellow Soy Beans are also used to make soy milk.

Been low carb for 2 years. I've tried EVERY noodle substitute on the market and/or made every variation. This is without a doubt the BEST I've tried. I cooked for 4 minutes in boiling water (the water even smelled like you are cooking egg noodles). Pulled from the hot water, added fresh Parm cheese and 1 oz cream cheese. WOW! Excellent! If I hadn't made them, I would have thought they were regular noodles.

I wasn't sure what you guys had sent me at first. The product uncooked does not look like noodles. Well 3 minutes later in boiling water I had the best tasting noodles. Fry onion, broccoli in Coconut oil and add the cooked noodles. This is a 10 star product you have produced.

At first I thought I was sent the wrong product-granola instead of pasta. They come in little circular pieces but when they are boiled they expand into a noodle shape. They taste like noodles and I use them in soups and other recipes with noodles as ingredient.

Got these noodles the other day. I'm very lucky with this pasta. These are so delicious. I am hooked. I made them with chicken and broccoli Alfredo and these were so good. You have to try these. 5 stars!!!

This pasta is quite good! Definitely tastes like pasta, just has a different texture. I browned some butter, then added a little bit of cooked broccoli and Parmesan cheese. Will definitely be buying more!
