Here at LC Foods™, we guarantee our products. We will do our best to resolve any difficulty or concern you may have regarding our products, your order, shipping or overall satisfaction. To reach LC Foods™ Customer Service, please email us for FASTEST response at orders@lowcarbfoods.com anytime and a customer service specialist will assist you.

All Sales Are NOT Final! - We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you have a concern or any dissatisfaction, we want to hear from you. Please contact Customer Service orders@lowcarbfoods.com within 7 days of your order receipt, and provide your 5 digit order number. Any product credit or refund is at the discretion of LC Foods.

Processing - LC Foods™ makes every effort to ship all orders within 3 business days. Orders with fresh baked goods may require longer processing time due to our baking schedules.

Shipping - Orders are shipped via ground transportation USPS, UPS & FedEx. Contiguous 48 states Free shipping over $75 or flat rate shipping below. Our shipping estimator will calculate your shipping cost automatically outside of the 48 states.

Package Tracking - LC Foods™ will automatically email your tracking information after your order ships. If you have any difficulty with your shipment, please have your 5 digit order number available and contact our Customer Service Department at orders@lowcarbfoods.com.

Payment Methods - We accept PayPal, debit, bank check cards and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) for payment. We offer LC Foods Gift Certificates as well. You can also prepay for your order by cashier’s check or money order in advance. Your order will not be processed and shipped until payment is received and verified. We do not ship COD (Cash on Delivery).

Receiving Damaged Merchandise - Be assured that your order leaves our facility packed well in perfect and sound condition. If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please take pictures of all the damaged products in the shipping package and contact the carrier for reimbursement of any damage. The shipping company may also require inspection of the packaging and contents. Therefore, all original packaging and damaged product must be held for their inspection. Contact your local USPS, UPS or FedEx location or carrier for assistance in filing a claim.

Wrong Address - Customers will be charged a reshipment cost for merchandise that is shipped back to LC Foods™ due to an incorrect address that was provided by you, the customer. Please check your ship-to address carefully when placing your order.
