All Sales Are NOT Final! - We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you have a concern or any dissatisfaction, we want to hear from you. Please contact Customer Service within 7 days of order receipt, and provide your 5 digit order number. Any product replacement or refund is at the discretion of LC Foods.
Processing - LC Foods™ makes every effort to ship all orders not containing fresh baked goods within 3 business days. Orders with fresh baked goods require longer processing time due to our baking schedules. Orders with special processing needs will have an alert as you order them. Shipping may be delayed during inventory shortages, or increased order volume.
Shipping - Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship out USPS ground, priority and UPS. Our shipping estimator will calculate your shipping cost automatically prior to checkout. Free and flat rate shipping options are available with certain order totals. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we were negligent in our shipment to you.
Package Tracking - LC Foods™ will automatically email your tracking information after your order ships. If you have any difficulty with your shipment, please have your 5 digit order number available and contact our Customer Service Department.
Payment Methods - We accept PayPal, debit, bank check cards and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) for payment. We offer LC Foods Gift Certificates as well. You can also prepay for your order by cashier’s check or money order in advance. Your order will not be processed and shipped until payment is received and verified. We do not ship COD (Cash on Delivery).
Receiving Damaged Merchandise - Be assured that your order leaves our facility packed well in perfect and sound condition. If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please take pictures of all the damaged products in the shipping package. The shipping company may also require inspection of the packaging and contents. Therefore, all original packaging and damaged product must be held for their inspection. Contact your local USPS location or carrier for assistance in filing a claim. Our Customer Service Department can also assist you in filing a claim with the USPS. Our USPS shipments are insured up to $50.00 for loss or shipping damage.
Wrong Address - Customers will be charged a reshipment cost for merchandise that is shipped back to LC Foods™ due to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer. Please check your ship-to address carefully when placing your order.
