
Ingredients:
- 1 package Low Carb Chocolate Brownies
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 – 8oz package cream cheese (full fat), softened
- 4 oz butter, softened
- 1 cup LC White Sugar Sweetener-Inulin
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Method:
- Cut brownies into rectangles of your preferred size
- Mix the cream cheese, butter, sweetener and vanilla until it is smooth
- Spoon cream cheese frosting into a ziploc bag and cut a corner of the bag; or use a piping bag
- Carefully squeeze frosting over the brownie in a zig zag pattern
- Use chocolate chips for eyes – just stick them into the frosting
