Cranberry Angel Biscuits



  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Add 1/2 package LC Angel Roll Mix to a mixing bowl
  • Add instant yeast, stir and set aside
  • In a food processor, add remaining 1/2 package of LC Angel Roll Mix and chopped butter
  • Pulse to cut butter into mix
  • Add butter mix to the mixing bowl and stir to combine
  • In a small bowl, add water, vinegar, heavy cream and stir to combine
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to combine
  • With clean hands, form dough into 8 equal balls
  • Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray
  • Place dough balls on the baking sheet and gently flatten each ball
  • Add 1 tsp LC Cranberry Preserves to each flattened ball
  • Close the dough around the preserves and roll into a ball, making a filled biscuit
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
  • Enjoy with tea or coffee!
