Easy Low Carb Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1-1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons Thick n Saucy

Method:

Mix the butter, cream and parmesan cheese into a heavy, medium saucepan.

Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.

When the butter is melted and everything is well combined and smooth, add the Thick n Saucy.

Simmer for just a few minutes, stir and remove the sauce from the heat.

The sauce will thicken as it sits.

Serve hot over LC Low Carb Pasta, chicken or vegetables!
