Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Pizza


  • LC Thick Crust Pizza Shell or LC Thin Crust Pizza Shell
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, pull the meat off
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped red and green onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Parsley


  1. Drizzle olive oil on the edge of the pizza shell where your crust will be
  2. Sprinkle seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley
  3. Spread 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce over the interior of the pizza shell
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella over the pizza shell
  5. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with 1/2-3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, depending on how much chicken you have
  6. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley
  7. Mix to combine
  8. Spread chicken mixture over cheese
  9. Top with more shredded mozzarella
  10. Bake in the top rack of the oven at 375 for 15 minutes
  11. Remove from the oven and sprinkle blue cheese crumbles and chopped red and onions
  12. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce
