Low Carb Chocolate Cupcakes with Green Frosting

Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day Dessert!



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare the LC Chocolate Cake Mix according to package directions.

Prepare a 12 cup cupcake pan by inserting the cupcake liners in 9-10 cups. Spray the liners with non-stick spray. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan.

Bake the cupcakes for about 23 minutes or until the top springs back and toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Prepare the LC Vanilla Frosting Mix according to your preference of versions on the package (Butter Cream, Whipped Cream or Cream Cheese).

Add 1-2 drops of green food coloring until you get the desired color you want and mix well.

Frost the cooled cupcakes and sprinkle with sugar free sprinkles if desired.
