Low Carb Classic Pasta Salad


  • 3 cups Low Carb Buttery Noodles (1 cup uncooked)
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper


  • Prepare Low Carb Buttery Noodles according to package instructions
  • Drain pasta and let cool
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • Add tuna, peas, onion and pasta to the bowl
  • Gently stir to combine
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Enjoy!
