Low Carb Lemon Arugula Pizza

Low carb springtime pizza!
  • 1 LC-Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
  • 1 cup Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 5 Lemon slices, thin
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasonings: Red Pepper Flakes, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and position rack on the highest level (or preheat grill)
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the LC-Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
  3. Sprinkle seasonings over pizza shell, including crust edge: red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper (to taste)
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over pizza shell
  5. Sprinkle arugula over pizza
  6. Spread lemon slices around pizza
  7. Drizzle olive oil and seasonings again, if desired
  8. Bake or grill for 13-15 minutes
  9. Optional: Broil for a few minutes at the end to char the lemon slices. Be careful not to burn the arugula
