Put the tomato paste, chicken bone broth, garlic, sage, oregano, basil, and thyme into a blender and blend until all ingredients thoroughly mix and come to a smooth consistency.
Heat up a small saucepan at medium-low heat with the olive oil.
Pour in the blended sauce and cook until sauce slightly simmers. Add in the bay leaf, salt, and pepper and mix to incorporate. Cover with lid and let simmer for 10 minutes.
