Low Carb Pretzel Burger Sliders

A Game Day Favorite: This recipe can easily be doubled for a larger crowd!


  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package LC German Pretzel Rolls
  • 5 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, mayo – any low carb toppings of your choice


  • Mix together ground beef and seasonings
  • Form into 5 small burgers
  • Cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side
  • Top the burgers with cheese slices and let it melt
  • Slice and toast or grill the LC German Pretzel Rolls
  • Assemble the burgers with your favorite low carb toppings
  • Enjoy!
