Make your own low carb quiche with our LC Pie Crust Mix! Perfect for springtime brunch celebrations!
  • ½ pkg LC-Pie Crust Mix
  • 7-8 Eggs
  • 1c Cooked Vegetables (we used broccoli and onion)
  • ½c Cooked Meat (we used ham)
  • 1c Cheese (we used cheddar)
  • ⅓c Water
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Prepare 1 pie shell following instructions on the package of LC-Pie Crust Mix
  3. Form prepared pie crust into pie plate, pierce the bottom with a fork
  4. Pre-bake empty pie shell for 7-8 minutes
  5. While pie shell is baking, whisk eggs in a large bowl
  6. Add in water, vegetables, meat, cheese, salt and pepper and stir
  7. Once pie shell is pre-baked, remove from oven and pour in egg mixture
  8. Increase oven temperature to 450
  9. Bake quiche at 450 for 45 minutes to 1 hr, until knife comes out clean from center of quiche
