Prosciutto Asparagus Pizza


  • 1 Low Carb Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
  • 6 stalks asparagus
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Olive Oil


  • Preheat oven to 375F and position rack in the highest position
  • Place asparagus stalks on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
  • Roast asparagus for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness
  • In the meantime, slice prosciutto into strips
  • Drizzle olive oil over the Low Carb Pizza Shell
  • Season pizza shell with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste
  • Sprinkle mozzarella over pizza shell
  • Spread sliced prosciutto over mozzarella
  • Once asparagus are done, slice into thirds and layer over the pizza
  • Place in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Crack an egg in the middle and return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes or until egg is set. It should be opaque and jiggle a little for a runny egg.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and more seasonings as desired
  • Enjoy!
