Prosciutto Asparagus Pizza

  • 1 LC-Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
  • 6 stalks Asparagus
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella
  • Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Basil Leaves, for garnish
  • Olive Oil
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and position rack in the highest position
  2. Place asparagus stalks on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
  3. Roast asparagus for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness
  4. Slice prosciutto into strips
  5. Drizzle olive oil over LC-Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
  6. Season pizza shell with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning and garlic powder, to taste
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella over pizza shell
  8. Spread sliced prosciutto over mozzarella
  9. Once asparagus are done, slice into thirds and layer over the pizza
  10. Place in the oven for 10 minutes
  11. Crack an egg in the middle and return to oven for another 3-5 minutes or until egg is cooked. It should be opaque and jiggle a little for a runny egg
  12. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and extra seasonings, as desired
  13. Enjoy!
