Prosciutto Asparagus Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 LC-Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
- 6 stalks Asparagus
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 1 cup Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella
- Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder
- Fresh Basil Leaves, for garnish
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and position rack in the highest position
- Place asparagus stalks on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
- Roast asparagus for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness
- Slice prosciutto into strips
- Drizzle olive oil over LC-Fresh Baked Pizza Shell
- Season pizza shell with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning and garlic powder, to taste
- Sprinkle mozzarella over pizza shell
- Spread sliced prosciutto over mozzarella
- Once asparagus are done, slice into thirds and layer over the pizza
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes
- Crack an egg in the middle and return to oven for another 3-5 minutes or until egg is cooked. It should be opaque and jiggle a little for a runny egg
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and extra seasonings, as desired
- Enjoy!
