My wife enjoys these bagels toasted after taking them out of the refrigerator in the morning. I, however, being from the NY-NJ area, like my bagel with a little harder crust after toasting them. I tried leaving my morning bagel out of the refrigerator the night before. It worked to my full satisfaction. The crust was nice and crisp and the inside was just right. I added butter and a few slices of lox and now enjoy my Keto bagel breakfast.

This review is overdue! I have been enjoying these bagels for over a year. They are the best low-carb bagels that you will find anywhere! Why? Full-carb bagels have a crust that gets nice and crisp on the outside when toasted and remain soft, yet chewy, on the inside. LC Foods New York style bagels do, too. I bought a new toaster in their honor! I truly love how the outside crust has such a satisfying snap as you bite into them. My system: I buy enough to last for a couple of weeks at a time. I open the pack on receipt, wrap each one in a paper towel, put each in its own baggie, remove the air and pop in the freezer. I take out one each night, before bed, for breakfast. When they defrost, they are as soft and fresh as they were when I received them. I love them and I’ve been on keto for 3 years. I reached my goal and have kept off my weight for the past two years. LC Foods has truly been a godsend in keeping me on keto.
