I made this at Thanksgiving. If you follow the direction it's very soggy/mushy. However, I poured off the liquid and baked it and it was saved! I recommend getting it but DONT add as much water or broth that the directions say to add. The next day it was even better because it had time to dry out. If I purchased it again I would add small amouts of liquid at a time.

I really enjoyed this stuffing option. They came out really buttery and filled with good sage stuffing flavor. My husband has an issue with anything that isn't exactly as his mother made, so he would give it a two mainly because of the texture. So, I'm settling on a 4 as if you don't expect it to be the exact same as it is low carb, it's good. We had with cauliflower mashed potatoes and chicken with low card gravy over the whole thing. Yummy!

I didn’t make this at Thanksgiving but would be very curious to stuff the turkey next year.. It’s basically big LC croutons with a lot of flavor. Pretty salty!
