I made the biscuits today and they were fantastic. I added 3/4 cup of grated extra sharp cheddar, 1/2 teaspoon garlic and 1/4 teaspoon of basil as suggested on the package. I was convinced they were going to be terrible because it was difficult to get them to look like biscuits before I put them in the oven but they were delicious. The dough was tough to work with even though I followed all the chilling directions. One was very crumbly but it was still yummy.I had several left for another day so I wrapped each one in stretch and seal and but them in a freezer bag and in the freezer. That way I can take one out at a time and not be tempted to each too many at once. I had 3 tonight!

One word: DELICIOUS! Made sausage gravy to put on top of these biscuits. Closest taste to a real biscuit I have eaten since starting a low carb way of eating.

Ordered these for my husband who is type 2 diabetic. I just finished making these and they are so light and fluffy that I was shocked. I expected them to be a little denser but they are wonderful. I am very impressed. Worth the expense.

These are to die for! Tender, moist, and oh so yummy. I stir in some grated sharp cheddar and a little garlic powder to make them more like those awesome biscuits from Red Lobster. I highly recommend you stock up on this product.
