I went low-carb back in the 1990s, so I have lived without my beloved double-chocolate muffins for 30 years. I just tried this mix and I'm so pleased! The mix is quick and easy to prepare, and the muffins bake up light and fluffy. They have a rich, satisfying chocolate taste. I upped the game by adding some of the no-sugar chocolate chips to the batter before filling my muffin cups - no regrets! It's not really possible to tell that these are a low-carb product. I'll be making them on a regular basis from now on. THANK YOU!!
