I received this in my KetoKrate, and was a little hesitant to try it since I've never been a fan of any seeds. I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. The mix is delicious. There is a definite burn to them (and I'm glad as I love spice), and the pepitas are crunchy, as is the cheese. Both are well flavored, and go together perfectly. Each serving is 2 net carb, each bag 4 net carbs and though I was planning to have just one serving, I only now noticed that the bag is empty. If you liked spicy potato chips or popcorn, this really is the best replacement, and in all honesty, more filling and more satisfying. These have just become a favorite in my house.
