Low Carb Chocolate Brownie Trifle with Strawberries

Method:

Put a mixing bowl in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.

In another bowl, add the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream, and 1 tablespoon of LC White Sugar Sweetener and beat until creamy and smooth.

Pour the remaining 1 cup of heavy whipping cream into the pre-chilled bowl and beat with a whisk or mixer. Add 1 tablespoon of LC White Sugar Sweetener and the vanilla and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Break up the LC Fresh Baked Chocolate Brownies into bite sized pieces and place half of them evenly into 6 small dessert glasses. If using, lightly drizzle the strawberry syrup over the top of the brownies, then layer half of the cream cheese/whipped cream mixture on top and repeat, ending with a layer of cream cheese mixture.

Slice strawberries and garnish as desired and enjoy!
