Low Carb BLT Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Low Carb Buttery Noodles (2/3 cup uncooked)
  • 1/3 cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp diced red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Method

  • Cook noodles according to package directions
  • Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients
  • Allow pasta to cool
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss until coated with dressing
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour
