Low Carb Easter Bunny Cake

Fun Easter themed dessert!



  • Prepare the Yellow Cake according to package directions, to make 2- 9″ round cakes
  • Cook according to package directions
  • Remove cake from oven and allow to cool completely
  • Place one cake round on your serving tray
  • Place the other cake round on a cutting board and cut 2 bunny ears from either side. You should have some leftover cake in the middle after cutting the ears from the edges.
  • Place your bunny ears above the cake on your serving tray.
  • Prepare the frosting according to package directions (you can choose from 3 versions: buttercream, whipped cream or cream cheese)
  • Frost the head and ears
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut over the head and ears
  • Decorate as desired!
