- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1 tsp LC White Sugar Sweetener-Inulin
- 1 cup coffee hot or cold
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds
- Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice over the top
