Pumpkin Spice Latte


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 1 tsp granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup coffee hot or cold


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds
  • Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice over the top
