- ½ cup LC-Dutch Premium Cocoa Powder
- ⅓ cup LC-Natural Sweet White
- Crust:
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Filling:
- ½ cup toasted, husked hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
- ¾ cup LC-Natural Sweet White
- ¼ cup LC-Erythritol Powder
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¾ teaspoon LC-Xanthan Gum
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 8 Tablespoons butter
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate (use good quality like Ghirardelli, as it is less likely to seize)
- 6 Tablespoons LC-Natural Confectionery Powder
- ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
