Angel Rolls Mix - easy to make and only 1 net carb per biscuit!  These low carb rolls are a heavenly cross between a roll and a biscuit and are a little like a pull apart yeast roll and less crumbly than regular country style biscuits. Delicious mouth watering angel biscuits without the carbs! There is no kneading and very little work required, just follow the easy directions on the back of the package.

These "heavenly" biscuits are a great addition to that special dinner.  Start off your day with a bacon, egg and cheese Angel Roll, or warmed spread with butter or our low carb preserves!  Lunchtime is a breeze by slicing a biscuit and making a sandwich with chicken salad or egg salad.  Or how about using them to make low carb sliders? Our favorite is enjoying warm angel biscuits with a delicious low carb soup.... yummy! Try this easy recipe for Cheesy Bacon Angel Rolls! Such great low carb bread !!

These delicious biscuits have only 1 net carb each, and taste so good your friends and family won't know they're low carb!

As with all LC Foods low carb products, there's no sugar added (of course!)

I really liked these! I am surprised that the texture is like a biscuit with some crunch when toasted. I used them for slider buns. I'm hooked.

I fixed half of the batch of these biscuits last night and SO GLAD I didn't fix the whole batch, because my husband and I WOULD HAVE EATEN EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!! These were fantastic! Since changing to a diet that is mostly made up of low carb, grain free, and no artificial sweeteners about 3 years ago I have tried several biscuit and roll recipes that always ended up edible but just not enjoyable. With this mix, you can have your biscuit and be low carb too! So glad I found this website while searching Pinterest recipes.

These are the most delicious biscuits ever! I broke away from angle biscuit tradition and used my dough in a 6-count large muffin tin. Each biscuit rose and browned perfectly in the muffin tin on the minimum cooking time (15 minutes). We had bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwiches with these and they were so flaky and buttery! I will buy this product again for sure!

Pinch me! Taste like homemade biscuits. You would never ever guess that they are low carb (1 gram of net carb per biscuit). I'm so happy I found these!!

OMG, these are even better hot out of the oven with butter than the ones I bought freshly made by LC and I didn't think that was possible. If you don't mind sticking your hand in sticky dough, I recommend these very highly. You just have to have some butter, heavy cream, fast rising yeast, and white vinegar on hand to go with the mix. Then you can have them hot from the oven start to finish in about 20 minutes.
