Italian Dressing

  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon LC-Natural Sweet White


  1. Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and LC-Natural Sweet White in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake vigorously. (This can also be done in a blender.)
  2. Use right away or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
