Jalapeno Popper Slices



  • Drain the jalapeño slices very well and place in a Ziploc bag
  • Add the bread crumbs to the bag and toss to coat
  • Make sure each slice is well coated
  • Fry in a neutral oil at for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve with ranch dressing for dipping
