Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons LC-White Bread Flour
- 1/2 cup LC-Natural Sweet White
- 1–1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix together dry ingredients then add in the rest. Mix well.
- Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Flatten each one with a fork.
- Cook 10-12 mins at 375 degrees.
- Makes 24 cookies.
