Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup LC-Whole Chia Seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (soy milk or rice milk can be used)
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional for taste)
- 1 teaspoon LC-Natural Sweet White (optional for taste)
Instructions
- Mix the chia seeds and milk together.
- If desired, add in the vanilla extract and/or sweetener.
- Within minutes, the pudding will start to congeal.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
